Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager at RiseKit located in the Greater Chicago Area. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including identifying and engaging with potential employers, building and maintaining relationships with community organizations, and working to close the feedback loop. This role is mainly based in the Greater Chicago Area, but offers flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

  • Passionate to find employer partners or community partners
  • Experience in business development and sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Understanding of community organizations and their needs
  • Knowledge of data entry and automation processes
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the HR or talent acquisition industry is a plus
